The One UI 6.0 beta program for the Galaxy S23 lineup, which has allowed owners of S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra in some countries to try out Android 14 ahead of its worldwide release, was launched a couple of weeks back. It was initially made available in Germany, Korea, and the US, but Samsung has now expanded the beta program to more countries.
