Samsung Galaxy S22 Android 14 firmware available on SamMobile now

Earlier today, Samsung finally released the stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update to the Galaxy S22 series. The update is now live in Europe and could launch in other countries and regions soon. This is the second Samsung phone to get the stable Android 14 update, and its firmware files are now available in our database.

The stable Android 14 update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with firmware version S908BXXUDWK4. Apart from Android 14 and One UI 6.0, the new software update also includes the November 2023 security patch. If you want to flash this firmware manually on your Galaxy S22 series phone, you can do that now. You can head over to our firmware database and download the appropriate firmware file before flashing it using a Windows PC and the Odin tool.

Alternatively, you can also download the OTA (Over The Air) software update on your Galaxy S22 device by navigating to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Remember, the new update has a download size of around 3.1GB, so it would be wise to back up your phone once and download the update using your Wi-Fi network.

One UI 6.0 brings several new features and design improvements. It has a completely revamped Quick Panel layout, a new media player widget with waveform animations, and a slightly revamped notifications design. It also brings a brand-new font and new emojis. Samsung Galaxy S23 Android 14 firmware available on SamMobile now!

Earlier today, Samsung finally started rolling out the stable Android 14 and One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy S23 series, following weeks of beta testing that saw the company fixing lots of issues thanks to feedback from its users. Now that the update is available, the new firmware files are available in SamMobile’s firmware database.

Galaxy S23 One UI 6.0 firmware now available in SamMobile database

Like any other update, once Android 14 (One UI 6.0) is available in your country, you can download it over the air by opening your phone’s Settings app, selecting Software update, and then hitting the Download and install button. However, if you don’t want to wait for the over-the-air update and want to try out the manual firmware flashing process, you can download the new firmware file from the SamMobile firmware library. It comes with firmware version S91xBXXU3BWJM and includes the October 2023 security patch.

Once you download the appropriate firmware file for your Galaxy S23 series device, you can flash it manually through a computer running Windows OS and using the famous Odin tool. Make sure you back up all your data before starting the manual firmware flashing process.

One UI 6.0 features and improvements

Android 14-based One UI 6.0 brings a lot of new features and UI changes to the Galaxy S23 series. Some of those improvements include a new Quick Panel design, a two-hand drag-and-drop method to move multiple files between apps, a new media player widget with a waveform design, a new Battery section in the Settings app, a new UI design for the camera app, and new widgets.

Galaxy A03 bags Android 13 with its latest software update – SamMobile

The Galaxy A03 is Samsung’s latest affordable phone to get the Android 13 update. The smartphone was launched in late 2021 with Android 11 onboard and received the Android 12 update a few months ago. The affordable smartphone from the South Korean firm might be at its last Android OS version.

The Android 13 update for the Galaxy A03 is rolling out in Serbia with firmware version A035FXXU2CVL4. The new update brings One UI Core 5.0 and a newer security patch to the smartphone. If you live in Serbia and have a Galaxy A03, you can now install the Android 13 update on your device by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. What’s new with Galaxy A03 Android 13 update?

With the new software update, the Galaxy A03 gets a refreshed UI design, featuring the expanded Color Palette feature that offers more color options for UI elements.
